If you need to report an incident, complaint, or issue involving the Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office or its members, you can create a Report Ticket in our Discord server. This ensures your concern is logged, tracked, and addressed professionally.

How to Submit a Report

1. Join the SCSO Discord Server
   Make sure you are a member of the official server. Only members can create report tickets.
   
   

2. Navigate to the Ticket System
   Look for the channel labeled 「🆘」support in the server. This is where all reports are submitted.  Click blue text for redirect!
   
   

3. Open a New Ticket
   Click the “Report Ticket” button or follow the pinned instructions in the channel. A private text channel will be generated where only you, Internal Affairs and Department Command can see the conversation.
   
   

4. Provide Details
   
   

   • Follow the format.
     
     

   • Clearly explain what happened and who was involved.
     
     

   • Attach screenshots, clips, or evidence.
     
     

5. Submit Your Ticket
   Once you provide all the necessary information, submit the ticket. Internal Affairs will review it and respond as quickly as possible.
   
   

Important Notes

• Be honest and thorough. Incomplete reports may take longer to resolve.
  
  

• All reports are treated with confidentiality and professionalism.
  
  

• If your report involves urgent misconduct or emergencies, please contact a supervisor immediately.
